The company "BKS projects" Ltd., is building a small residential area on the island of Sipan, near Dubrovnik, on a very attractive location overlooking the sea. The village has a total of 11 houses, arranged in three rows and a shared swimming pool. All the houses have their own green gardens enriched with Mediterranean vegetation. Construction will take place in two phases. The first phase includes the construction of a central piece of three houses and the outdoor pool, and will be completed by June 2013. The second phase includes the construction of two side chains of four houses, and will be completed by June 2014.
