We would like to present to you a tourist complex, located on the outskirts of the fishing village of Kostanica, located on the coast, next to the Kotor - Herceg Novi highway.
The complex extends 270 m in length, having its own sandy beach with 2 berths and a marina for boats, a restaurant, 3 cafe-bars, a shop, a recreational area, a tennis court, a 16 x 8 m pool, table tennis, fitness center, pool game, and all of this is at the disposal of the complex residents. The entire complex is equipped with all the necessary infrastructure, its own (stone) pedestrian paths and streets for motor transport, parking spaces and gardens, rich in Mediterranean plants.
The hill on which the village is located, provides a view of the entire Risan bay from each apartment and villa, especially to the historic city of Perast and its two pearls - the islands of St. George and Our Lady of the Rocks (Gospa-od-Skrpjela).
